Welcome to Telling Tales. By using this website or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms:
We provide bespoke personal history writing services, including interviews, editing and printed or digital story production.
All writing and content produced by us remains your intellectual property once the final payment is made. Draft materials and content not used in the final product remain the property of the writer unless otherwise agreed.
A deposit is required to begin work. Full payment is due upon completion of the agreed project. Because of the personalised nature of the service, refunds are not typically issued once writing has begun but we are committed to making sure you’re happy with the final result and will work with you during revisions.
All packages include at least one round of revisions. Additional revisions can be arranged for a fee.
All personal stories, interviews, and correspondence are handled with complete confidentiality and in line with our Privacy Policy.
If you wish to cancel your project before writing begins, please contact us as soon as possible. Deposits may be retained to cover time spent preparing or conducting interviews.
We are not liable for any loss or damage related to the use or sharing of the final written content by you or others once delivered.
The content provided on this website is for general information only and is subject to change without notice. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, we do not guarantee that all content is free from errors.
Any writing created through our services is based on the stories, memories, and accounts provided by the client. We do not independently verify the factual accuracy of personal narratives unless specifically requested to do so.
The final written works are meant for personal use, family sharing or gifting, and not intended for legal, financial, or medical documentation purposes.
